Commission Review: Commissions are reviewed on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE basis, slot availability, and personal availability/ability to draw art. I reserve the right to reject any commission request if it does not adhere to the Terms and Conditions, contains contents outlined in my Blacklist, or otherwise makes me feel uncomfortable.

Customer Age: You must be 18 years or older to request any type of commission. If your socials do not have an age listed or if I discover you provided me false information, your request will be rejected immediately and all your accounts will be permanently blocked.

Payment via PayPal: You must have a PayPal email and account. This is my primary method in receiving your payment for your commission, and I will use your PayPal email to verify your identity and if necessary send an invoice. Furthermore, payment must be made in full through PayPal before I proceed with your commission. Do NOT include and indication of the art content due to PayPal's guidelines. Refunds will not be made out once payment is made.

Communication: You must have a valid means of communication with me, including email, Twitter DMs, or Discord DMs.

Use of Original Characters (OCs): You are responsible for all OCs used in the commission! They must either i) be your own, and/or ii) be given clear and documented permission by their owner(s) for use. I will not be held liable if any issues arise from the OC(s) included in drawing(s).

Drawing Process & Revision Policy: I will begin with a general posing sketch of your commission and send you the draft. If you need a small design change, that is the time to do so! Once that is approved, I will commence with line art. Any significant changes in the line art phase will result in a $10 fee per instance. If you request a colored drawing, I will do flat colors. I may add additional details like small amounts of shading at my own discretion.

Social Media & Posting Art: By purchasing a commission, you agree that the piece will be uploaded to my socials. In the form below, you will be asked if you want to be identified as the customer or remain anonymous. Furthermore, the posted drawing will either i) include a watermark, and/or ii) be glazed to prevent AI usage. Although you will receive the original drawing upon completion, please use the versions with the aforementioned features when posting on your socials. Credit me when posting!

Reference Materials: Please provide all the necessary reference files (character designs, poses, etc.) so I know who to draw and how to draw them! That said, I reserve the right to make artist liberties in certain situations.

Prohibited Art Usage: Your commission can only be used for personal use. You are free to use it on your own social media account(s) including profile pictures and banners pending their respective content guidelines. Any form of AI training is strictly forbidden and considered theft. You are not allowed to use your commission for any commercial use including NFTs. You will be permanently blocked if you are caught violating this condition.
